1. Terms Acceptance

By signing up for our software modules, installing our app bundles, or browsing our web pages, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms, along with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these conditions, you must cease using our applications immediately.

2. Software Licensing and Usage

Unless otherwise agreed in a separate signed contract, all software solutions provided by PC Soft Solution are licensed on a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable subscription basis. You agree that you will not:

• Decompile, reverse-engineer, or disassemble any source files, database schemas, or compiled apps.
• Use our transport, fleet, or billing software for any illegal purposes or to transmit harmful software codes.
• Bypass any authorization mechanisms or share your admin portal credentials with unauthorized parties.

3. Service Fees, Billing, and Payments

Fees for our customized applications, cloud databases, and subscription modules are billed in advance based on the agreed-upon payment timeline (monthly, quarterly, or annually). All invoices must be paid within the specified grace period. Failure to complete payment may result in temporary suspension of software access and cloud databases.

4. Support and Maintenance

We offer technical support and database maintenance services for our active subscribers. While we aim to resolve all database issues and software glitches promptly, we do not guarantee specific turnaround times unless outlined in a Service Level Agreement (SLA).

5. Intellectual Property rights

All content, graphics, layouts, logo symbols, brand identifiers, and proprietary source files on this website and within our applications are the exclusive intellectual property of PC Soft Solution and are protected under copyright, trademark, and patents laws in India and internationally.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PC Soft Solution, its developers, or its partners be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, cargo tracking anomalies, database failures, or hardware replacement costs) arising from the use or inability to use our systems, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, India, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any legal proceedings arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India.
